Basic Requirements for Skilled Workers Programs

Who have Canadian credentials and work experience during the qualifying period.

Temporary Resident Status
Applicants must maintain temporary resident status during their qualifying work experience or period of full-time study in Canada.
No Point-Based Evaluation
Eligibility is assessed objectively based on work and study experience.
Settlement Funds
No requirement to show proof of settlement funds.
To apply, candidates must submit a complete application package, including proof of English or French proficiency, to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) for Skilled Workers
