I need help caring for my aging parent (or child, or family member). Where do I start?

Start by reaching out for a free in-home consultation. One of our care coordinators will come to your home, get to know your loved one, assess the environment, and help build a care plan tailored to your needs. We also take the time to understand your family’s unique preferences, including religion, ethnicity, cultural background, language, and any other important considerations. We believe in cultivating lasting relationships, and it all begins with a conversation.

What are the benefits of live-in care?

Live-in care allows your loved one to receive continuous, one-on-one support in the comfort and familiarity of their own home, without the need to move into a facility. It provides personalized care that promotes safety, independence, and emotional well-being. If I book a free in-home consultation, do I have to purchase home care services?

Not at all. The consultation is about providing clarity and support, with no obligation to commit to services. Our goal is to provide information and guidance to help you make the best decision for your family.

Do you provide services in my area?

Do you send caregivers to facilities such as retirement homes, long term care or hospitals?

Yes, our caregivers can supplement existing care and provide additional support in retirement homes, long-term care facilities, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers to ensure continuity of care, wherever your loved one is.

Can I change caregivers if things aren’t the right fit?

Absolutely. If you feel that a different caregiver would better suit your needs, we’ll work with you to make the transition smooth and respectful. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.

What other languages do your caregivers speak aside from English?

Yes. We have a diverse team of caregivers who speak a wide range of languages. Let us know your preferences and we’ll do our best to match you with someone who can communicate comfortably with you or your loved one.

How are your services different from hiring a private caregiver?

How much will care services cost my family?

Are your services covered by insurance?

Some private insurance, long-term care insurance, and government programs may help cover costs for homecare services. Our team can guide you through available funding options, verify coverage with your provider and help you understand what’s covered.

Are home care services tax deductible?

Yes, in many cases, home care services qualify as a medical expense for tax deductions. We recommend consulting a tax professional to determine eligibility.

I am an existing client and would like to pay my bills. What are my payment options?

We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and other convenient payment methods. We also offer direct billing for some funding programs. If you’re an existing client, our billing team is happy to help with any questions.
