Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide individualized support to clients, promoting their independence and participation in the community.
- Assist clients in achieving their personal goals, including employment, education, or recreational activities.
- Offer guidance on accessing social services, healthcare, and other community resources.
- Support clients with daily activities, such as transportation, meal preparation, or personal care.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with care plans.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment that respects clients’ diverse needs and backgrounds.

Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Community Services, Social Work, or a related field (preferred).
- At least one year of experience in community support or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
- Current TB screening, a clean criminal record check, and a valid driver’s license.
