Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Implement individualized care and support plans, promoting client autonomy and skill development.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment that meets the unique needs of each client.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance client well-being.
- Encourage community engagement through recreational and social activities.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of services provided.

Requirements
- A diploma or certification in Developmental Services or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is an asset.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Current TB screening and a clean criminal background check.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada and a valid driver’s license.
