Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
- Follow and implement client care plans, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Provide companionship to clients and engage in supportive, respectful interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and interactions, adhering to regulatory standards and AvantiCare’s policies.
- Operate equipment safely and within established guidelines to meet client needs.

Requirements
- Minimum of one year of caregiving experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are an asset.
- Current TB screening and clear criminal background check.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Valid driver’s license.
