Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide essential daily care, companionship, and support to clients, following each unique care plan designed by our dedicated team.
- Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and overall well-being.
- Use equipment safely and competently, adhering to AvantiCare’s best practices for client safety.
- Document and communicate all care details accurately, maintaining records and updating the team as needed.

Requirements
- A minimum of one year of caregiving experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing (additional languages are a plus).
- Current TB screening and a clear criminal record check.
- A valid driver’s license.
