Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide direct nursing care to clients in their homes, including assessing, monitoring, and supporting their health and well-being.
- Collaborate with the broader medical team to implement client-specific care plans.
- Offer assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship to promote client comfort and dignity.
- Ensure client safety, using and maintaining equipment properly, and observing all safety protocols.
- Complete accurate, detailed documentation on each client interaction to support quality care and team communication.

Requirements
- Active registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), with a valid registration number.
- Minimum of one year of caregiving or nursing experience in a clinical or home care setting.
- Proficiency in English for both verbal and written communication (additional languages are an asset).
- Current TB screening and a clear criminal background check.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in Canada.
